There are so many interesting things to see here in Brasil. The beauty and uniqueness of God's creation is seen in so many ways. We wanted to share a few of those unique and beautiful things with you.
Here is a giant toad that lives in our yard. We see him on many occasions.
Since the last picture didn't really give you a good idea of his size,
this is Mr. Toad next to Elisabeth's almost size 7 foot.
Dennis came home from class one day hearing the dogs barking like crazy. He found this huge iguana clinging to one of our trees. He wanted to get closer, but that very long, razor sharp tail looked pretty intimidating and Mr. Iguana wasn't looking too happy about all the attention he had attracted.
We get many rainbows around here. The rains are still coming daily, but the sun wants desperately to have its time too, so there are many times that the dueling elements create a beautiful picture for us. It is not uncommon to see full rainbows in the sky. This double rainbow appeared only a few minutes before sundown.
There are so many beautiful varieties of flowers here. Elisabeth took this picture one evening while on a walk.

nice picture of the toad. And yeah, there is lots God's interesting creations in brasil (and i miss them!)
