New Family Members

 Tapioca & Hershey

Coming home from church one Sunday, we came across a street puppy.  We'd been told we may want to get a watch dog since we lived at the back of campus with only forest behind us.  The puppy was cute and needed a home, so we brought her home and named her Tapioca.

We made a doghouse for her out of some unused boards and she seemed to love her new home.

She was a curious little pup and would "talk" to us in whines and yaps.

Thinking that Tapioca needed a companion and knowing that a Rottweiler would be even more intimidating to would-be thieves, we got Hershey from some fellow missionaries.

 She was adorable!

Even Daddy thought so...at the beginning...

Probably one of the only times Daddy held her.

 She grew quickly!

She always saw herself as a lap dog!

Our new family members were pretty cute, they turned into great watch dogs, and we all loved them...well, most of us anyway! :)
