We're back in the tropics and the fruit abounds. It's so amazing to live in a place where tropical fruits grow literally right outside our door. When we first moved here in 2006, Dennis planted some pineapple plants using the tops of some pineapples we bought to eat.
We are now seeing the "fruit" of his labors.

Hannah thinks she'll take a whack at cutting the pineapple.
I decide to help her out so that we don't lose any fingers in the process.
We all enjoy the sweet, delicious taste of a freshly picked pineapple.

That looks yummy! I wish I could come over and have some. I love keeping up with what my OLD students are doing....Caleb and Hannah I miss you!!!
